Flourish Pediatric Therapy is a boutique practice that provides individualized, play-based speech-language therapy in your child's natural environment. We prioritize collaboration with families, caregivers, and teachers, resulting in meaningful and highly effective therapy. Our services include speech screenings/consultations, evaluations, and therapy for children in their home, daycare, and private school settings in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, Arizona. We also offer flexible, online telehealth sessions as needed for ongoing treatment.
Meet the owner, Alex Gantner, M.A., CCC-SLP:
With over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings, Alex is a licensed speech-language pathologist who specializes in articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, early language development, childhood apraxia of speech, augmentative alternative communication, social-pragmatic language disorders, autism, and more. Her strong connections with families and extensive experience lead to effective therapy outcomes.
Alex received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Louis University. Born and raised in Chicago, she spent 18 years working in the city and suburbs before relocating to Arizona in 2022.
When she's not with clients, Alex enjoys watching her own three children on the field, ice, or court, doing what they love.

Screenings/Consultations
Have questions about child therapy services? Not sure if your child would benefit from a full speech evaluation? We provide speech-language therapy screenings and consultations via phone or virtual visit.
Speech-Language Evaluations
A comprehensive speech evaluation will be performed as part of our child therapy services, adhering to your child's unique needs in speech-language therapy.
Speech-Language Therapy
Speech-language therapy sessions, which are part of our child therapy services, last 45 minutes and can be conducted in-home, at your child's day care or private school, or virtually.
Flourish Pediatric Therapy accepts private payments and ESA funds. Services may be eligible for coverage with your HSA/FSA. Superbills to seek reimbursement from your insurance company will be provided upon request.
